Hindu Heritage Month

The month of November is Hindu Heritage month.  Hindu Heritage Month recognizes the important contributions of Hindu-Canadians.

Hinduism is one of the oldest religions in the world with approximately a billion followers. About a million Hindus live in Canada, having emigrated from many places including; India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Fiji, Guyana, and Trinidad & Tobago and among other countries from East and Southern Africa.
